OK use the FPATCH cheat and go behind the auto clinic in Little Havanna, enter to the left of the auto clinic, there is a yellow post, go through there and go all the way back to the wall and there os a 'sperm bank' go to it and you can sell balls from your rage meter then refill it using the cheat I gave youand do it all over again.
Repeat this untill you have your desired amount of money. If I was you I would go to the sperm bank behind the auto clinic. To get there go to the left wall of the auto clinic and you will see a gap with a yellow post in the middle of it, go through there and go all the way to the back and you will see a trailer that kind-of looks like one of the blood carts.
Once you go up to it it will have lettering onthe top of it that sais LEND-A-SPERM and to the right of the door a sighn will be under a window that sais SPERM BANK. Then repeat the processuntill you have your desired amount of cash. Hope this helps any. To get a lot of money fast you can either use the 'FPATCH' cheat and then got o the sperm bank and sell it from you rage meter, and then repeat this for a long time, or you can do the Miami Distribution mission a lot and get about 20 million dollars for every time you do it.
Either way, you still get a lot of cash fast.
